Deloitte Innovation Hub also continues to invest in professional growth through world-class training programs, certification pathways, and leadership initiatives, while promoting employee well-being through initiatives like the Deloitte Employee Assistance Program (DEAP), which provides comprehensive support and guidance to employees across all aspects of their professional and personal lives. With a balanced 50/50 gender ratio, Deloitte Innovation Hub exemplifies how diversity, empowerment, and holistic employee support drive sustained innovation and success.

In this context, Hani Girgis, CEO & Managing Partner, Deloitte Innovation Hub, said: “Deloitte Innovation Hub stands as a symbol of Egypt’s digital rise and a cornerstone of Deloitte’s regional vision for technology and innovation. When we launched Deloitte Innovation Hub, our belief was clear: Egypt has the talent, ambition, and resilience to lead global transformation. Two years later, that belief has become reality. From Cairo, our teams are not only deploying technology but redefining how it’s experienced across industries and markets. As we continue to expand, we remain committed to making Egyptian expertise one of the country’s most valuable global exports”.

Ahmed Salem, COO, Deloitte Innovation Hub, added: “From the very start, our vision was to redefine how digital transformation is built and delivered. Today, our multidisciplinary teams integrate AI, cloud, data, and cybersecurity to engineer end-to-end solutions that drive real business outcomes, from intelligent automation and predictive analytics to secure cloud migration and digital infrastructure modernization. As we move forward, we’re investing heavily in advancing our AI and cloud capabilities, further strengthening Cairo’s position as a global destination for digital excellence. Egypt’s ranking as the world’s fifth leading offshoring destination for 2025 is a clear reflection of this growing momentum and the country’s pivotal role in shaping the future of digital innovation”.

As it marks the beginning of its third year, Deloitte Innovation Hub remains a cornerstone of Deloitte’s regional strategy and a testament to the power of collaboration between global expertise and Egyptian talent. From Cairo to the world, Deloitte Innovation Hub continues to push the frontiers of digital innovation, making an impact that matters at every level of society, business, and the future of work.

Beyond technology, Deloitte Innovation Hub’s impact extends to community empowerment and sustainability. It recently partnered with the Information Technology Institute (ITI) to launch Egypt’s first national training initiative on ServiceNow, providing top-performing participants with job opportunities and equipping young professionals with practical skills to drive Egypt’s digital future. Deloitte Innovation Hub also supports youth development through the Bridge Internship Program and the Mentorship Program, having trained over 1,600 individuals. On the CSR front, it continues to give back through partnerships with Baheya Foundation, Hospital 57357, and other organizations, contributing more than 2,100 volunteer hours since June 2025, while integrating eco-conscious practices across its operations.
