Issued and paid-in capital also reached approximately EGP 3.0 billion at the end of the first quarter, as the company continued to focus on disciplined capital allocation and operational integration among its subsidiaries.
Continued expansion in non-banking financial services
During the first quarter, the group continued strengthening its investments in the non-banking financial services sector, including financial leasing, factoring, SME financing, asset management, portfolio management, and technology-enabled financial services.
These efforts align with CPME’s strategy to expand in high-growth financial activities while focusing on innovative financing and digital financial solutions that support the ongoing transformation of Egypt’s financial sector.
Integration strategy and operational development
The results also reflect the continued implementation of the group’s strategy following its acquisition of Catalyst Partners Holding and Qardy for Software Applications, as CPME works to develop a fully integrated operational and investment platform combining traditional financial services with digital solutions.
The company also continues to enhance governance standards, strengthen internal control systems, and improve institutional infrastructure to capitalize on future growth opportunities in the Egyptian market.
