Tribu Care, a leading company in the skincare and beauty-device sector, has officially announced the launch of its operations in the Sultanate of Oman under the name “Tribu Care Oman”, after acquiring the exclusive and official distribution rights for Mlay IPL home laser hair-removal devices in the Omani market. With this step, Tribu Care becomes the official and exclusive distributor of Mlay in Oman.
This expansion marks a key milestone in the company’s regional growth strategy across the Gulf and North Africa, strengthening the presence of Mlay as one of the most prominent brands in the home-beauty device category.
The company highlighted that entering the Omani market is part of an initial investment strategy estimated at over USD 150,000, covering operational costs, marketing activities, and logistical support, with a strong focus on establishing Mlay as a trusted and safe choice for women in Oman.
As the exclusive distributor of Mlay in Oman, Tribu Care Oman is expected to capture 15–20% of the home laser hair-removal device market share by 2026, supported by local distribution partnerships and digital marketing strategies targeting women seeking fast, effective, and safe beauty solutions at home.
This expansion follows Tribu Care’s success in Egypt, where the company also serves as the exclusive distributor of Mlay, achieving an annual growth rate exceeding 45% in local sales during 2025. These results encouraged the company to expand further into the Gulf region and establish new distribution networks.
