Egyptian proptech startup Byit has officially expanded into the United Arab Emirates, alongside the launch of a new suite of artificial intelligence-powered solutions designed to empower real estate brokers and streamline cross-border property transactions with greater efficiency.
The expansion follows the company’s recent strategic funding round backed by A15 and بلتون القابضة, along with a group of angel investors, reflecting strong confidence in Byit’s vision to modernize the real estate brokerage sector across the region.
Launch of Byit Ventures in the UAE
As part of its regional growth strategy, the company has established its new arm, Byit Ventures, in the UAE. The initiative is designed to connect Egypt’s real estate supply with international demand, particularly from investors in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
This expansion is expected to unlock new revenue streams for brokers while facilitating foreign investment flows into the Egyptian real estate market by improving cross-border accessibility and transaction efficiency.
AI at the Core of Real Estate Operations
Byit’s platform relies heavily on artificial intelligence to transform real estate brokerage operations. It enables agents to match client requirements with suitable properties more accurately through advanced data analytics and personalized recommendations.
The platform also provides real-time market analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and operational optimization features, helping brokers accelerate deal closure and improve overall efficiency.
Expanding Network of Brokers and Developers
The company has built a growing ecosystem of more than 40,000 independent real estate brokers, partnerships with over 450 developers, and a database covering more than 1,000 real estate projects.
Byit’s model focuses on improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making, while offering a more transparent and structured alternative to traditional brokerage systems.
Saudi Arabia Next on Expansion Roadmap
Byit plans to continue expanding across the Gulf region, with Saudi Arabia identified as the next strategic market in its future growth roadmap, driven by rising demand for digital real estate solutions.
According to Antoine Azar, Founder and CEO of Byit, the UAE expansion represents a key milestone in the company’s regional journey.
He stated that the platform enables brokers to execute cross-border transactions more efficiently and transparently, while leveraging AI to reshape how real estate deals are conducted across the region.
Strengthening Digital Real Estate Transactions
Nader Jimi, Chief Revenue Officer at Byit, noted that the latest expansion, supported by recent funding, positions the company strongly for growth across GCC markets.
He added that connecting brokers with international buyers and equipping them with advanced AI tools will significantly increase transaction volumes and unlock new growth opportunities across the industry.
Jimi emphasized that Byit is focused on building the infrastructure brokers need to succeed in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape, from lead generation to efficient deal execution.
A Fast-Growing Proptech Market in the Region
The real estate technology sector in the Middle East is witnessing rapid growth, driven by increasing adoption of digital platforms and AI-powered solutions for market analysis, brokerage operations, and investor connectivity.
Companies like Byit are playing a key role in reshaping the industry by introducing more efficient, transparent, and data-driven models that align with evolving regional and global real estate trends.
