Logitech today announced its latest enterprise headsets, Zone Wireless 2 ES and Zone Wired 2, during GITEX Global 2025, one of the world’s premier technology events. Designed for modern open-office environments, the new headsets integrate AI-driven microphones and Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (Hybrid ANC) that adapt in real time to minimize background distractions — transforming noisy workplaces into focused zones of productivity.
While open offices promote collaboration, studies reveal that workplace distractions cost companies an estimated $468 billion annually in lost productivity. Logitech’s latest audio solutions directly address this challenge by delivering clear communication and uninterrupted concentration.
Hanika Faber, CEO of Logitech, commented:
“Uninterrupted focus has become the new currency of productivity. As employees return to shared workspaces, protecting their ability to concentrate is more crucial than ever. Our new Zone headsets empower teams to maintain focus and perform at their best, no matter the environment.”
The Hybrid ANC technology intelligently adjusts noise-cancellation levels based on ambient sound, allowing users to move seamlessly between spaces. Dual AI-enhanced microphones isolate voices while filtering out unwanted noise such as typing, footsteps, and background chatter — ensuring crystal-clear call quality in any setting.
Beyond noise reduction, the Zone Wireless 2 ES headset delivers a tailored communication experience. It’s fully certified for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, guaranteeing cross-platform compatibility. Native Bluetooth call controls eliminate the need for a dongle, freeing up valuable USB ports, while the optional receiver supports advanced “smart enumeration,” hiding inactive devices from conferencing apps to avoid confusion.
For organizations preferring wired reliability, the Zone Wired 2 offers plug-and-play connectivity with the same advanced certifications and performance as its wireless counterpart — all without charging interruptions or connectivity concerns in high-density environments.
From an IT operations standpoint, both headsets integrate with Logitech Sync, enabling remote software updates and device management silently and securely, without disrupting the user’s workflow.
Inspired by Logitech’s gaming heritage, both headsets feature ergonomic comfort for all-day wear, with adjustable headbands, rotatable ear cushions, and reversible boom mics. The Zone Wireless 2 ES boasts up to 20 hours of talk time and 25 hours of listening with ANC enabled — ideal for extended workdays.
Users can personalize sound settings, noise-cancellation levels, and charging options via the Logi Tune app, available in three stylish finishes: pink, off-white, and graphite.
Committed to sustainability, Logitech designed the new Zone headsets with post-consumer recycled plastics (30%), 100% recycled rare-earth magnets, and 100% recycled cobalt batteries. The ear cushions, headband, and battery are easily replaceable, supporting long-term usability and circular design principles.
The Zone Wireless 2 ES for Business will be available globally in November 2025, followed by the Zone Wired 2 for Business in December 2025, through authorized Logitech partners and distributors.
