Raya Customer Experience (Raya CX), a portfolio company of Raya Holding for Financial Investments and a leading provider of customer experience management and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RSVP (Media Response), a UK-based specialist in customer engagement and communication services.
The agreement was formalized during Raya CX’s participation in the UK Contact Centre Expo 2025 in London under the Egyptian Pavilion, represented by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), with the attendance of Eng. Mahmoud Sofrata, Vice President of ITIDA. This step reflects ITIDA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen international cooperation and position Egypt as a competitive global delivery hub.
